Coil Stamping, Inc. takes pride in our quality system, following the most stringent ISO/QS-9000 guidelines. Inspection procedures begin with the raw material and then continue throughout all phases of production. All test reports and certifications are kept on file and are traceable to the origin.

Utilizing SPC Data and online inspection procedures, Coil Stamping, Inc. is capable of achieving and holding all your critical dimensions. Custom build inspection methods are developed prior to the release of production. These methods include GO/NO GO Gauges, GO/NO GO Comparator Charts, gauges that simulate molding operations, etc.

Our experienced personnel are all a part of our quality system, where everyone becomes an inspector.
