With well structured design, the metal stamping process is cost competitive, even for low production quantities, compared to other processes such as chemical etching, screw machining and die casting, laser cutting. Complex shapes and intricate products can be produced because of the precision production available using a metal stamp die. Metal stamping allows for parts to be assembled in die using a variety of methods. Products can be extruded, coined, twisted, drawn, formed, and cut.

Prototyping Services

Our design team can work closely with you to develop prototype products for evaluation. We utilize a variety of state of the art CAD systems which enable us to rapidly develop precision metal stampings. Each system duplicates the part creation process of a high speed progressive die. By using these approaches, we can produce realistic prototypes which behave and perform similar to production parts. This allows for a comprehensive analysis to be performed before the final metal stamping design is approved and released.
